I am currently a Senior UX Researcher at Workato leading two main research pillars: AI and apps. My research has been primarily focused foundations for Workato products to strategize the coming 1 - 2 years. I am concurrently working on establishing user segmentation and journeys, and building more effective and streamlined research processes.
